From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. The waiting area was comfortable and calming, which helped reduce my pre-surgery nerves.The Team of Nurses & the Dentist himself were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I appreciated their transparency about what to expect during and after the surgery. They allowed me to play my own music to calm down & even held my very adult hand as I was receiving an IV. Unfortunately I suck at remembering names; but the nurse with the white hair (G.O.A.T), & the nurse with the Black hair, Piercings, & and cool ass designs on her teeth (another G.O.A.T) are friggin amazing at their jobs and both deserve raises for real; whatever they're making... DOUBLE IT!!Even the Nurse with the purple hair was a freaking sweet heart and was just a pleasure to work with.The surgery itself was a breeze! The staff was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I felt well cared for, and the procedure was quick and efficient. Post-surgery, the follow-up instructions were clear, and I experienced minimal discomfort thanks to their effective pain management recommendations.Overall, my experience at this dentist was outstanding. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive one. I’m grateful for their excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate surgeon to do your extractions and implants, you'll do no better than Dr. Jonathan Morcos. He explained everything clearly, completed all procedures with impeccable precision, anticipating every little discomfort before it happened, and he always went the extra mile by accommodating my schedule. He even saw me months after my last procedure (free of charge) to examine an adjacent tooth. I can't speak for the other surgeons, but Dr. Morcos is phenomenal!
Had to have a wisdom tooth removed the procedure took only about 10 minutes thanks to Dr Demarco & his staff. My post surgery is going well no problems i even got a follow up call to see how I was doing if I had any questions. My son was in a lot of pain from an impacted wisdom tooth that was pushing on another tooth. The office worker Kimberly was absolutely excellent and helped us tremendously. She is a true asset to this office. Dr Dermody was also excellent. I have nothing but good things to say. Don’t hesitate to use these folks. They are a cut above.
Getting my 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed was my biggest fear for YEARS. Dr Delgado and his entire team were knowledgeable, helpful and supportive from the consultation to the date of my surgery as well as afterwards curing recovery! I would recommend this office to anyone who is apprehensive or afraid of getting their wisdom teeth removed! My surgery was easy, quick and I didn’t feel much pain in my recovery period!

Recovery
Based upon the sedation used throughout the extraction, you or your family member might be required to have an adult escort you home. While your gums heal, it is important to avoid smoking, spitting, and using straws. The recovery process will depend on the complexity of the tooth extraction; however, we advise that you or your child eat soft, room-temperature food for at least a few days after the procedure and avoid extremely hot or cold foods or beverages. To help facilitate the recovery phase, it is important to follow the specific aftercare instructions provided by our team. Post-treatment symptoms, such as swelling and tenderness, can often be managed with cold compresses against the face and over-the-counter pain relievers. A follow-up visit may be scheduled at Capital District Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons for suture removal and to allow our oral surgeons to evaluate your healing progress.
